Cancellation Policy
Please note that where guests arrive with more people than the booked accommodation can accommodate, we reserve the right to refuse the extra persons or the whole group. In this case, the booking will be voided, and full charge will be made.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings

• Individual bookings for up to 2 nights may be cancelled/amended up until midday five days before arrival without charge. Cancellation/amendment after this time will be charged two nights room rate.
• For individual bookings of 3 nights or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged. Cancellation for other nights is free of charge up until midday 5 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations will be charged one further night.

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings

• For group bookings of 3 rooms or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total stay will be taken on booking. If cancelled by midday 7 days in advance of arrival, no further charges will be made. Later cancellation incurs full value of booking. All room charges may be taken 7 days in advance of arrival.

The Manor Stables Cancellation Policy

• A one-night non-refundable deposit will be taken on booking. Cancellation of bookings seven days before arrival will incur no further charges. Cancellation after this time will incur the full value of the booking. This may be charged any time in the seven days before arrival.

Please note, if guests arrive with more people than this facility can accommodate, we reserve the right to refuse the extra persons or, if necessary, the whole group. In this case, the booking will be deemed a no-show, and full charge will be made.
